The Health Information Division is one of four established divisions of service within the National Center for Primary Care (NCPC) at Morehouse School of Medicine. This division offers an array of services to provide education and technical assistance to primary care stakeholders throughout Georgia, the region and the nation.
Our division focus incorporates 4 primary areas
The primary goal of the division is to assist underserved and at-risk communities to adopt innovations that are the right-fit for the provision of healthcare and the improvement of health outcomes within their population through technology and clinical practice transformation.
This not only includes technical support, but also the academia associated with the building blocks for the proper exchange of health information and interoperability of technology systems that support the priorities of the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC).
The Health IT Division does not operate in a bubble and attribute our years of success to our spirit of partnering with community non-and for-profit organizations and most of all providers and patients.
Virtual Office Hours are designed to create an interactive space for Quality Payment Program (QPP) MIPS Eligible Clinicians and their staff to receive up to date information and ask individual questions.
HI-BRIDGE Solutions webinars focus on educating the health care community by providing key Health IT resources required for successful practice transformation.
