HI-BRIDGE Solutions is the NCPC’s flagship for our work in the health information field.

HI-BRIDGE Solutions serves as a trusted advisor to clinicians in the redesign of healthcare delivery through electronic health record technology and other interoperable systems with the goal of improving clinical outcomes and the quality of care across patient populations and services.

HI-BRIDGE Solutions offers solutions that guide clinicians through the emerging health IT space by providing education, training and technical assistance for clinical practice transformation initiatives, including programs that support the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Service (CMS) initiatives.

Additionally, HI-BRIDGE Solutions has developed the Georgia Health Connect (GAHC), now HI-BRIDGE HIE, a regional health information exchange, that offers services for the successful exchange of confidential patient clinical information and interoperability to support optimal health outcomes in the greater community while eliminating the disparate gaps in healthcare throughout Georgia and this nation.

Quality and Promoting Interoperability Technical Assistance

HI-BRIDGE Solutions provides direct technical assistance to support clinicians in meeting the requirements of CMS programs, including Medicare’s Quality Payment Program and other quality improvement initiatives, by using technology in advancing patient care.

4MEDPLUS Online Continuing Education is designed to meet the needs of busy healthcare industry professionals. Training is approved for RNs/LPNs, Physicians/PAs/NPs, Consultants, Managers, Technology Professionals, Veterinarians and others.

HI-BRIDGE Solutions is recognized as Georgia’s trusted advisor in bringing education and outreach through both virtual and boots on the ground assistance to:
