5 Ways Men Can Improve Heart Health

June is Men’s Health Month. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men in the United States, killing 384,886 men in 2021—that’s about 1 in every 4 male deaths, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). One way to reduce your risk for heart disease is to know your blood pressure. Hypertension— or high blood pressure, can result in heart disease. It is important to check your blood pressure regularly to lower your risk for heart disease.
